Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
(for Print-on-Demand & Digital Items)
1) What we sell
We offer:

Print-on-Demand (POD) physical items (made to order when you purchase).
-
Digital downloads (instant files—no physical shipment).
Because most orders are made-to-order or delivered instantly, our policy differs by product type.
2) Digital items (instant downloads)

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital files.

If a file is corrupted / link not working / not as described, email us at info@ttoota.com (or message us on Etsy). We’ll re-send, provide an alternate link, or replace the file.

EU/UK customers: when you choose instant download, you consent to immediate performance and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, as allowed by law.
3) POD physical items (made-to-order)
We do not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference, because each item is printed specifically for you.
We will fix our mistakes. You’re eligible for a free reprint or a refund if:

the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective,
-
you receive the wrong item, or
-
the parcel is lost in transit.
How to report an issue
Please contact us within:

7 days of delivery (global standard), or
-
14 days if your local law mandates a longer period (e.g., some EU countries).
Provide:

Order number,
-
Photos of the item/packaging & shipping label,
-
A brief description of the issue.

What we’ll do
-
Reprint & reship the affected item(s) at no cost; or
-
Refund to the original payment method (processing 3–10 business days).
If it’s our fault, original shipping is also refunded.
In most cases, no return shipment is required.
Not covered
-
Wrong size ordered / color change of mind.

Minor color variance due to different screens & batch printing (industry tolerance ±5–10%).

Minor size/placement variance within manufacturing tolerance (±1–2 cm / 0.4–0.8 in).

Customer-provided wrong / incomplete address or unclaimed parcels (we can reship; extra postage applies).
Cancellations & address changes

Before production starts: we’ll try to cancel or edit your order—contact us within 2 hours of purchase.

After production has started: changes/cancellations may not be possible.
Separate shipments
Items may ship separately from different print partners or facilities.
4) Shipping, customs, and taxes

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary by destination and provider.

Customs/VAT/duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by local law.
5) Legal & consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

For EU/UK: goods that are made-to-order or clearly personalized may be excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right; we treat POD items as made-to-order.

Statutory conformity guarantees (e.g., EU consumer law) apply to manufacturing defects present at delivery, not normal wear and tear.

Please include your order number with all inquiries.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Ttoota is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
